HAND:ET partners from ISRZ – Institute for Social Research in Zagreb presented the theoretical and empirical viewpoints connected with teacher well-being, putting the special emphasis on the well-being of early-career teachers who are especially in risk of developing adverse outcomes in their first years of service.
The topic of the teachers well-being is increasingly at the forefront of researchers', policy makers' and school leaders' attention. Potential consequences connected with impaired well-being can span from stress to burnout and teacher attrition.
