HAND ET at the Annual Regional School Conference

Supporting teachers’ well-being and empowering them for the complex and diverse reality and challenges they are facing on the daily basis is getting more spotlight in the educational discussions.

HAND:ET Consortium intends to raise awareness about this challenge and contributes to resolving this challenge thorough the project activities and beyond.

HAND:ET project member and trainer Magnus Oskarsson, associate professor from Mid Sweden University (MIUN) presented the HAND:ET project activities and mission to more than 100 stakeholders in Sweden, from the regions, Västernorrland, Jämtland and Gävleborg at a two-day conference in Sundsvall this March.

The discussion was focused on teacher careers, empowering teachers to stay in their profession and supporting their well-being and HAND:ET activities and methods were presented as one way to support teachers and their well-being.
